MARELEC Call for Papers brochure

INVITATION TO SUBMIT PAPER AND POSTER ABSTRACTS

The conference technical committee invites paper and poster proposals in the broad areas of marine electromagnetics concerned with theoretical development and modelling, measurement and analysis, together with case histories where appropriate.

Potential applications in the marine environment include: autonomous vehicles, marine biology, underwater communications, hydrocarbon exploration, harbour protection, materials, survey, naval applications, geophysics, geotechnical engineering and oceanography.

Conference

The topics of interest outlined below are not exclusive and the session headings will be confirmed once the Committee has reviewed the balance of abstracts received.

Authors are requested to submit a written abstract of a minimum of 250 words. Please select if the abstract is for consideration for a paper and/or poster submission. The deadline for receipt of abstracts is 9th February 2009.

The language of the conference is English. Abstracts with an overtly commercial content will not be accepted. A CD-Rom of all the papers (in either full text format or power point presentations with notes) will be produced after the show and distributed to all delegates.
