The Group & Conference department at Scandic Hasselbacken have secured the following rates for the Marelec Conference delegates.
Single occupancy - SEK1890
Double occupancy - SEK2090
The above rates are quoted per room per night including tax & a full breakfast buffet.
Reservations can only be made directly to the Group & Conference department at the Scandic Hasselbacken by emailing hasselbacken@scandichotels.com or Tel: +46 8 517 343 14. Please quote booking reference FOI070709 when making your reservation. This is the only way to guarantee your room will be booked at the agreed rate. This code can not be used when booking through the Scandic website or Central Reservation.
Each guest is asked to guarantee the booking with a credit card. Cancellations can be made up until 1 month before arrival. After the 7th June 2009 all cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
